Delete your Ringaround account

You can delete your Ringaround account, and what we hold about you, at any time: in the app, or by email.

In the app

1. Open Ringaround and go to You.
2. Tap Profile.
3. Tap Delete account at the bottom, then confirm.

It happens straight away. Robin stops any work on your jobs without contacting anyone, and every phone signed in to your account is signed out.

Without the app

Email [email protected] from the email address on your account, or tell us the mobile number you sign in with, and ask us to delete your account. We will check it is you, delete it, and reply when it is done.

What is deleted

• Your name, mobile number, email, suburb and settings.
• Your jobs, your chats with Robin, and the calls, texts, emails, quotes and bookings that belong to them.
• The recordings and transcripts of your calls, including the copies our voice provider holds.
• Everything Robin remembers about your household.
• Your vouchers.

What we keep

• Booking fees a business owes us, and records of money we have paid you (the amount, the date and the account it went to), because the law says we must keep them. The fees no longer carry your name or contact details.
• A call Robin made to a business that also covered another family's job, because it is theirs too.
• Our encrypted backups, which are replaced within 30 days.
• A booking you have already made stays between you and the business.
